Tips for printing ASA on the Neptune 4 Ultra
- ASA warps significantly without an enclosure — this printer is open-frame; use a draft shield or enclosure accessory.
- Minimize fan cooling — high fan speeds cause layer cracking in ASA.
- Increase bed temperature gradually if warping occurs: try 105–110°C.
- ASA is UV-resistant and suitable for outdoor parts.
