Tips for printing PETG on the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max

  • PETG is hygroscopic — dry your filament before printing if stored openly for more than a week.
  • Reduce fan speed to 25–50% for better layer adhesion. Too much cooling causes layer delamination.
  • Use a higher first-layer height (0.25–0.3 mm) and reduce first-layer speed for better adhesion.
  • PETG sticks aggressively to PEI — use a thin layer of glue stick or hairspray as release agent.
